		<description>It&#039;s quite simple really, employers are keeping up appearances when it comes to advertising jobs.  I know this because a job I was in last year was due to open another restaurant about now but of course can&#039;t because of the recession.
They bragged about it to everyone and now they&#039;re advertising for positions that they don&#039;t have, just to make people think they&#039;re still doing great business.

Recruitment companies are advertising false jobs to fill their books should a position come up and they don&#039;t even need money to advertise because sites like Monster and Jobs.ie are giving them free listings.</description>
